Welcome to the notebook
· 1 min read

The classroom has a rhythm to it: a question, a pause, an answer that finally lands. This notebook is where I keep the parts that don't fit in a period — notes on biology and microbiology, what's moving in the news, and loose talk through the chapters of my books.
If you're here from LinkedIn, welcome. Same voice, a little more room.
What lands here
- Lessons — practical things: lab apparatus, exam and viva prep, the bits students actually get stuck on.
- News and trends — what's changing in microbiology, diagnostics, and AI in healthcare, in plain language.
- General knowledge — the science behind everyday questions.
- Books and chapters — a slow walk through what I've written and why.

How I try to write
If you can hum it, you'll remember it.
That's the whole method. If an idea can't be hummed, it isn't finished yet — so expect short sentences, plain words, and the occasional aside.
| What | How often |
