The Site is a personal website for Shweta Desai — an author, paramedical professor, and science teacher. It offers educational content, links to my LinkedIn profile, and a place to buy my books.

Ebooks are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad’s own terms and policies, and Gumroad handles payment processing. Prices, availability, and formats are shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

Because ebooks are digital and delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable. If you have a problem with a download or an order, email me at [email protected] and I will do my best to help.

When you buy an ebook, I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use it for your own personal study. You may not, without my written permission:

• Copy, share, resell, or redistribute the ebook (in whole or in part).
• Upload the ebook to any file-sharing, torrent, or similar service.
• Use the ebook to train or feed any AI or machine-learning model.
• Remove or alter any copyright, author, or ownership notices.

All content on the Site and in my ebooks — text, images, design, lesson material, and my name and branding — is owned by me or my licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms give you no ownership rights; only the limited licence described above.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse content or personal information from the Site.

My content is educational and general in nature. It is not medical, clinical, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional or for your own official course material. I aim to be accurate but make no guarantee that the content is complete, current, or suitable for your particular purpose.

The Site links to third-party services such as Gumroad, LinkedIn, and Meta. I am not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those services. Please review their terms and policies before using them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or my ebooks. Your purchase is for personal study, and the total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I will change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
